By accessing or using egami.ai ("the Service"), operated by egami ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

egami.ai is an AI-powered platform that generates photorealistic furniture and home decor imagery, including lifestyle scenes, fabric swaps, relighting, dimension annotations, and smart editing. The Service is accessible at app.egami.ai.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

• The Service offers free trial credits, paid monthly plans (Basic, Pro, Business), and enterprise options.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise stated in your plan.

5. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain all rights to the images you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

Generated content: Images generated by the Service using your inputs are owned by you. You may use them for any lawful commercial or personal purpose.

Our platform: The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by egami and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written permission.
• Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
• Upload images that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Data Handling

Your uploaded images are stored securely on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.

Your images are never used for AI model training. We process your images only to deliver the requested output and delete temporary processing data promptly.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, egami shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which egami operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
